Big homes, a lot of glass, and sprinkler spotting on ground-floor windows. We know Woodbury.

Woodbury's housing is predominantly large two-storey homes built from the 1990s onward, and they were designed with a lot of glass — great room windows running two storeys, sunrooms, walkout lower levels with full window walls facing the back yard. A typical Woodbury home has meaningfully more window area than a comparable rambler in Roseville, and most of it is above reach.
Second is hard water. Woodbury lawns are irrigated almost universally, and misaimed heads deposit minerals on ground-floor glass season after season. The result is a cloudy film along the bottom third of ground-floor windows that homeowners often assume is failed seal or permanently etched glass. Sometimes it is. Often it isn't, and a proper restoration process brings it back. We'll tell you which before we start rather than after we've charged you.
Third is HOA neighborhoods, which cuts in our favour. Woodbury's subdivisions are dense and consistent, so when we're out here we can serve several homes in a single trip — which is a large part of why we've built a client base this far east in the first place. If neighbors want to coordinate timing, that genuinely helps.
Walkout lower levels are the last piece. A Woodbury walkout puts basement-level glass a full storey above grade at the back of the house, frequently over a slope. That's not homeowner ladder territory.
